Home and Travel Gear is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Domestic Shipping — United States

All domestic orders placed before 4:00 PM CST on business days will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

Shipping Carriers: We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS — the most appropriate carrier is selected based on your delivery destination to ensure the fastest and most economical delivery.

Shipping Cost:

  • Free standard shipping on all orders

Order Tracking: You will receive a notification email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched

Delays While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@homeandtravelgear.com and we'll investigate immediately.


Lost or Stolen Packages Home and Travel Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Contact us at support@homeandtravelgear.com and we'll do our best to help

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@homeandtravelgear.com
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly

International Shipping At this time we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
